Dr. Rothermel
|
KIM
G. ROTHERMEL, MD: Dr. Kim Rothermel, a Summa Cum Laude
graduate of Muskingum College, received her MD degree
from Rush University. Dr. Rothermel trained in Pediatrics
and Pediatric Hematology/Oncology at Nationwide
Children's Hospital. She is Board Certified in Pediatrics
and in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology. Dr. Rothermel is
on the teaching faculty at the Ohio State University and
is active at Nationwide Children's Hospital where she
served as President of the Medical Staff in 1994 and remains
active on many medical staff and administrative committees.
She also serves as Chief of the Section of General Pediatrics
at the hospital. Dr. Rothermel is married to Dr. William
Rothermel, a surgeon, and they have four sons: Peter (wife
Sarah), Aaron, Luke, Adam, and three grandsons, Adin,
Noah, and Liam. Dr. Rothermel is active in her church
and community. |

Dr. Gallagher
|
JANICE
M. GALLAGHER, MD: Dr. Janice Gallagher, a Cum Laude
graduate of the University of Dayton, received her MD
degree from The Ohio State University. Dr. Gallagher trained
in Pediatrics at the Naval Hospital in San Diego, California.
Board Certified in Pediatrics, Dr. Gallagher has been
in pediatric practice since 1982, and is a member of the
American Academy of Pediatrics, The American Medical Association
and the Ohio State Medical Association. She served as
President of the Medical Staff at Nationwide
Children's Hospital in 2006, and remains active in
committees at the hospital. Dr. Gallagher and her husband,
Peter White have three children, Stephen, Barbara and
William, and five grandchildren, Joseph, Evelyn, Brayden
Isabella and Christopher. Dr. Gallagher is active in volunteer
work at her church and she enjoys gardening, reading and
spending time with her family. |

Dr. Cass
|
MARY
BETH CASS, MD:
Dr. Mary Beth Cass graduated with a B.S. in Microbiology
from The Ohio State University, and received her medical
degree at the Ohio State University College of Medicine,
where she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor
Medical Society. Dr. Cass completed her internship in
pediatrics at Nationwide
Children's Hospital, continued her pediatric training
at the University of Virginia Medical Center and is on
the teaching faculty at Ohio State University. Board Certified
in Pediatrics, Dr. Cass is a member of the American Academy
of Pediatrics, the Central Ohio Pediatric Society and
the Children's Practicing Pediatricians, where she currently
serves on the Board of Directors. Dr. Cass lives in Columbus
with her husband, David, and they have three grown children:
Sarah (husband Alan deVries), Emily and Nathan. |

Dr. Pugh

BONNIE PUGH, MD:
Dr. Bonnie Pugh is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of The Ohio
State University. She received her medical degree from
the Medical College of Ohio, where she was a member of
the Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Pugh
completed her internship and residency at Nationwide
Children's Hospital. She is President-Elect for the
Central Ohio Pediatric Society. Dr. Pugh is a Fellow of
the American Academy of Pediatrics and is Board Certified
in Pediatrics. Dr. Pugh is married to Tom Pugh, a software
consultant, and they have two sons, Andrew and Ethan.
Her hobbies include scrapbooking, reading, and enjoying
time with her family and friends. |

Dr. Bar-Lev
|
LAUREN
BAR-LEV , MD:
Dr. Lauren C. Bar-Lev graduated Phi Beta Kappa from The
University of Michigan. She received her medical degree
from The University of Michigan Medical School, where
she was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society.
She completed her internship and residency at Cincinnati
Children's Hospital Medical Center. She is a member of
the American Academy of Pediatrics and is a board eligible
pediatrician. She is married to Rabbi Benjy Bar-Lev who
is the Assistant Rabbi at Temple Beth Shalom in New Albany.
She enjoys running, hiking, reading, and spending time
with her husband, friends, and family. |
